Upper stomach cramps
Here I share some tips about upper
stomach cramps.
I hope this help for you who read

Undigested food in the intestines
results in cramping, bloating, constipation and diarrhea. Damaged intestines
leak foreign proteins into the blood which stimulate the immune system. This
leads to a myriad of immune system imbalances such as allergies, arthritis,
lupus, fibromyalgia, and cancer. You can change your health by changing your
diet.
It is the most frequently occurring
stomach disorder. Around 90 million individuals all over the world suffer with
heartburn. As the name suggests, it is the burning sensation in the lower part
of heart and upper part of the stomach. Heartburn is caused by stomach acid
that washed up into the esophagus. Heartburn sometimes even moves up to the
chest, throat, and even up to jaws.
With proper diagnosis, treatment and management, bloating can be minimized if not avoided. The important thing is to have your doctor perform a complete physical exam, medical family history and medical testing in order to confirm the cause of this condition.
The most common viral infection is what the medical profession refers to as Viral URI and we all know as the "common cold." As you know, this involves one or more of the following: nasal congestion, sore throat, hoarseness, fever, swollen glands, cough, aching muscles, and congested ears. Colds usually begin with just one symptom and the others quickly follow. And one of the symptoms, usually the cough, remains for a short time after the others leave.

An overgrowth of the fungus candida albicans (a type of yeast, which is fed by sugar) will cause bloating, gas, abdominal cramps and lethargy an hour after eating gluten-containing foods (ie, pasta or piz'a), and fungal infections, such as athlete's foot or mouth ulcers. The signs to look for on the tongue are a heavy, white, furry coating and deep cracks.
Treating of reflux pain is most commonly done with antacids and acid blockers. Antacids work to neutralize the stomach acid and reduce the associated pain. H2 blockers work on the source of the acid to reduce its secretion and therefore take more time to be effective for reduction of acid reflux pain compared to antacids. Often these two different medications are combined for treating the pain to bring about more effective relief.
It hurts like hell. For hours on end. Ruins your day. It happened to me especially bad early one morning, about 6 am. It felt like someone had a pair of vise grips and was trying to rip out my calf muscle. I screamed in pain and scared the hell out of Karen. Woke her up for sure. What's the matter? she asked through bleary eyes. Charlie horse I screamed! Or was it cursed? Don't touch me
