Natural Remedies for Pink Eye and Eye Diseases

Natural remedies for eye diseases:

• Vitamins A, B and C are essential for eye care. Carrots, celery, parsley, spinach etc contain very much vitamin A.
• A sleep 8-10 hours is absolutely essential for healthy eyes.
• Eye care: eye sprayed with cold water. Apply the cotton swabs soaked in warm milk or weak solution of tea or rose water. Leave to act for 10-15 minutes.

To avoid eye obosirea:

• Work in low light
• Do not read on a regular basis when traveling by train or bus
• Do not look any too long without blinking.
